Today, I worked as a real intern, meaning I helped my mentor and the company! They are recently working on chatbot, which is explained in Wikipedia as a computer program which conducts a conversation via auditory or textual methods. One of my goals for this year's STEAM internship is to learn how to teach AI to learn the deFacto software and act as a conversationalist. I was given an Excel sheet and Word documents of User Guide that explain chatbot terms, and I categorized each term.

Here is an overview of the document I helped create.
For example, all of the terms, Model Type, Enable Audit Log, Text Support, Change Info, and Startup Workbook can be categorized as "Model - Settings." The reason why it is important to categorize terms is because it improves chatbots' responds to whatever question. For example, if a customer asked a chatbot about Text Support, then instead of just explaining the function of Text Support, the chatbot can respond to the customer by both explaining what Text Support is and by asking the customer if he/she wants to know more about model settings because the chatbot knows Text Support is under "Model - Settings" and the customer is interested in learning about it. Therefore, categorizing terms helps and improves chatbot by expanding its possible responds to customers.
Starting today, I started learning more about chatbot, so I hope to continue getting more information about it as well as learning more R.
